Started his career in Sales, established glorious track record. An innovative self starter, he was rewarded with management assignment overseas for 5 years. Subsequently he was back to Malaysia for 2 years; he was then headhunted for management position in Indonesia. He had never look back, held position of General Manager and several Director Positions with companies in security industry, timber industry and training role next 12 years.

During this period, BOB has mastered the art of Human as well as Business management. He had never had any formal training in any University, but his hunger for success, innovativeness as well as his intelligence had took him to where he is today.

Life was never a bed of roses to Bob as well. He had endured a series of downs where he would be required to complete his task with very little resources. He had been a victim of company politics, plus deal in rough & tough environment with bandits and guerrilla forces. He learned the art of an actual warfare, setting up perimeter defences against attacking forces. In corporate role, he had also suffered from corporate victimisation, endured unreasonable salary adjustments etc.

All these experiences had made him is a master of jungle defensive guerrilla warfare, an expert in corporate business management, a great negotiator plus a brilliant human psychologist.

Bob is a big man with a gentle heart. He had a quiet personality, ever willing to teach and impart whatever knowledge he had to ensure team solidarity and always in high spirit. He is also a caring person, a family man. He was required to decide between mother and immediately family 2 years ago. While most people will choose immediate family and his glorious career, he chooses a more difficult path, leaving his wife and children in Indonesia and return to Melaka so he can care for his sickly mother. He now looks forward to establishing a platform for his family so he can bring his immediate family to Malaysia.

In his many years of experience, he discovered the power of the mind. Bob knew that he is what he is today is due to his will power, his instinct & quick response during crisis, razor sharp observation/analysis and self learning capability. The opportunity to understand him came when he was invited to Otak Kanan seminar in Malaysia. There he understood the real meaning of mental flexibility, thru mental fitness and the core of mental fitness. Bob understood the truth on power of the mind, which contributed to his successful career and made him what he is today. He was fascinated with the Brain Gym program and other mind programs from Otak Kanan series.

He was invited to become the senior member of this program. He was also the senior member taking charge of the Program Usahawan Inkubator Malaysia. He had Mentor and worked close with many Inkubator Usahawan members. He learn the key to Mentoring is not just about giving his expert opinion on a building a foundation for successful business, but also entire platform lies also on the franchise/operation system for the business. Good proven products, strong company with the capacity to provide investor confidence and ready market play a role to success of every Usahawan. Bob also need to ensure that the Usahawan remain confident, motivated and execute every move timeline and correctly.
